Did anyone watch SportsCenter tonight? If you did, did you happen to see real-life Jon Barry on a real-life court guarding a life-size digital Kobe Bryant, presumably from NBA Live? Just, uh…just curious.
I did see that and I thought it was ridiculous. I'm getting sick of all the virtual garbage ESPN keeps using. It's totally lame feels gimmicky to me. The last thing I need to see is Tom Jackson in a three-point stance against virtual linemen.
Hallelujah. What a relief. I remember first seeing Madden players used on Monday Night Football five or six years ago, just showing Donovan McNabb rolling out on the bottom of the screen, that was all right, but it's bizarre to see a real person pretend to interact with a fake one.
