This story gives us some insite on the speed judicial system. It seem as though he has changed in years since he made his mistake, but can a player on a team antagonised just as much as the early '90 Cowboys really be seen as a true superstar. Even on the field, ankle injuries don't go away especially at the most physically punishing postition. He legitimately wants to be a better person, but can he be a better or even same caliber player as he has proven he can be?

I do think Jamal Lewis can come back, actually. How do I know this? Well, because I've seen every other NFL star spending their off-season participating in an elementary school-like field day on ESPN (which, no matter how lame I feel, I will always watch for at least a few minutes). There's no way his workouts in prison have been less strenuous.
I just love how beautiful and inspiring his story is, at least according to the RB coach.

wow... just imagine what a good guy he'll be when he has all of his free time to do community service instead of staving off unwanted sexual advances
